Chad Creviston, Principal
Chad Creviston is the founding principal of First Hawthorn Group and brings nearly a decade of experience helping clients maximize their performance and growth potential. Mr. Creviston has led several consulting engagements on issues including: growth strategy, merger integration, customer segmentation, purchasing & supply chain optimization, product profitability, and organizational design. He has worked with leading Fortune 500 organizations from several industries including: financial services, manufacturing & energy, telecommunications, wholesale distribution, and consumer goods & retail. His work has directly contributed to improvements in his client’s business, including revenue enhancement (up to $75 million) and cost reduction (up to $130 million). Earlier in his career, he was an accomplished member of BearingPoint's Business Strategy practice, which was established by several ex-partners from McKinsey & Company.
